The Process of Making a Hawk Custom Cruiser
Initial Phase:
1. A signed permission letter is needed from the proper authority stating
we can use the department's logos and emblems to create replicas.
2. Graphics for vehicle must be submitted by your department. We prefer photos to be sent to us of your vehicle, shot from all positions, and electronic files sent when possible.*Patches, logos and board art are also appreciated. The more information you send to us of in regards to your vehicle, the better the collectible will look.
3. $300 advance down payment to develop final graphics and prototype sample is required. This is not an additional fee, it is deducted from your end total. Prototype is developed only after the down payment is received.
Approval Phase:
4. Prototype is mailed to you for review. 50% of remaining balance is due once the prototype is approved for production.
Delivery Phase:
5. Production vehicles arrive. Remainder of balance plus freight must be received within 30 days from the ship date. Your invoice upon delivery of goods will indicate the ship date. All vehicles come packaged in a serial number stamped window box that allows the cars to be displayed without removing the replica from its package!
Cost:
The minimum order that can be placed for a custom order is 504 pieces, and the cost per basic 4 color replica is $14.00 for 1:43 scale vehicles FOB from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Any order over 504 please inquire on pricing. We will quote based on your specific needs. As quantity of order goes up from the 504 minimum, your price goes down per vehicle!
